Vacation Home 'Penthouse El Balcón De Adeje' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

"El Balcón de Adeje" Holiday home designed for enjoyment and relaxation, overlooking the coast of the municipality of Adeje, the island of La Gomera and also sometimes the island of El Hierro and the southern part of the island of La Palma. Made with natural materials, predominantly wood. Air conditioning in the bedroom.

It shares its access from the street with the other property "La Casita", also a holiday home, in the same property and on the second floor is the home of the owners Lupe and Francisco. The common areas (garden, chillout, swimming pool, barbecue and washing machine are shared).

In the property there are 3 loving dogs, Byron (golden retriever), Cloe (golden retriever) and Tola (labrador), and the cats Nanis and Eevee who will not be given any food.

Located in the neighborhood of Los Menores, 2 km from the center of Adeje where you will find several supermarkets.

It is advisable to have a car, there is a bus stop 100 meters away, the service runs every 40 minutes.

At 200 meters is the highway, the traffic during the night is minimal, the window facing the side of the highway is triple glazed.

- Smoking is allowed outside but ONLY tobacco and NO other cigarettes.

- Out of respect for neighbors and other guests, music and noise should be kept to a minimum after 10 pm.

- Parties are not allowed

- The bathroom has a waste garbage can where you can deposit all types of waste, including PAPER, which you can deposit at night along with organic waste in the black containers at the entrance of the street. For the rest of the waste (cardboard, glass and plastic) there are containers inside the property.

- Adults only

- Not recommended for people with reduced mobility

- For safety reasons, do not use candles
