Casa Bella Vista, just 20 minutes from Tenerife South Airport, is a serene villa in San Eugenio Alto offering stunning views of the Southern Tenerife coastline, the Atlantic Ocean, and La Gomera. Its location provides easy access to Playa de las Americas, Los Cristianos, Adeje, and San Eugenio, making it ideal for shopping, dining, beaches, and entertainment.



Designed for luxury and inclusivity, the villa is fully wheelchair accessible with ramps and a lift across its three levels. It accommodates up to eight guests across four suites, including a Master Suite with a private terrace, superking-size bed, dressing room, and luxurious bathroom with jacuzzi. Three additional suites feature en-suite bathrooms, while communal spaces include a spacious lounge and modern kitchen.

Pros: I booked this villa last minute for myself, Wife, Mum and her best friend. From start to finishing everything was faultless. I had initial contact with Russell(owner), who was extremely helpful, explained everything about the villa inside and out to a tee and made the process seamless. Then had contact with the property manager David who was a great guy and he met us at the villa prompt on arrival. He showed us round the villa and how everything worked etc, he could not have been more helpful. The cleanliness of the villa on arrival was impeccable and the villa itself is brilliant. The photos really do not do it justice. Everything you could possibly want is included and it really is a home from home. The fixtures and fittings are of a very high standard and everything that is promised and listed you have and more. The only grievance I have is that in the gym are two framed signed Bolton Wanderers shirts! If they were replaced by Sheffield Wednesday shirts then it would be much better! The owner Russell and David even messaged me during the week just to check that everything was ok and if we needed anything, I thought that was a very nice touch. Finally, the security is second to none which for my nervous Mum was great. The villa is brilliant and I would highly recommend to anybody thinking of staying. I will definitely be back later on in the year with my wife and her side of the family. Looking forward to it already. Many thanks to Russell and David, we had a great time.
