Spread over two levels in a peaceful residential neighbourhood, Villa Kantuta affords panoramic views of the spectacular Del Duque Coastline. The interior is tastefully decorated and fully furnished, ensuring every comfort is at your fingertips. The ceramic-tiled terraces at the front are a perfect haven for sunbathing, while the pool area, complete with synthetic grass terraces, invites guests to enjoy leisurely swims and poolside relaxation.

Villa Kantuta is conveniently located a short distance from the bustling X Sur Shopping Centre (a 15 minute walk), which hosts a variety of bars, restaurants, shops, a supermarket, and a taxi rank. Additionally, a local mini-market is just a three-minute walk away, making it easy to procure essentials. And Playa Fanabe is a 30 minute walk or a 5 minute drive.
