Location was very good. No food apart from snacks and drinks in fridge. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Room was warm, when cold outside, bathroom plenty of hot water and easy control. Towels and soaps provided and shaving foam. Shampoo and conditioner also. A few small thing's, stopped this place getting 5 star's. no regrets for staying here. Uk tourists.

On edge of city centre, with local shops, transport links & for my stay the Oval. Always seemed to be staff in attendance at front desk. Roomed was cleaned daily.

Whilst room was older it was clean. As a family room great that it had a bath in there and two singles for the kids and a table and chairs. The queen bed sagged in the middle so could do with a new mattress. Quiet noisy however it was illuminate so to be expected at night but some window treatment would help. Also, quite bright in morning.. could do with blinds if Im being picky. However very convenient and good price which is nice to see in the city. Happy with what we got for the price. Staff on both check in and out were super helpful along with having the ability to have a carpark right there!

Great service. Staff were lovely. We loved the location as we relied on walking and free tram. Rooms are overdue for an update, but if they are the way they are and clean, I would rather be able to get affordable accommodation 👌 Telly has to go. Not a very smart telly... didnt even have ABC Kids for little ones to unwind to after a day of walking around the city.

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Across the road is light rail and plenty of buses nearby. Very reasonably priced at a time when hotels in CBD had more than doubled their rates. The only problem is that it is noisy. You can hear everything from the rooms around you.
