Room was clean , staff were good , disappointed we had driven 3 hours to get there and couldn't get a car park at the hotel. Option was 2 streets down down a side street unercover carpark cost $43 .00 was not happy.

Good location. Unfortunately no free parking when we arrived and no option to pre order a parking for persons who can’t walk longer distances. Room normal hotel room with no extras. Clean and compact. Not sound proofed! No restaurant or bar! The $15 check was to use for the minibar…. One lift for all so busy time long wait. Understanding staff!

The room was clean but very dated — definitely in need of an update. The décor and furnishings felt old-fashioned, and unfortunately, the view was of a brick wall, which made the room feel quite closed in. The room did not match the website photos. Staff were polite, but overall the experience didn’t match the price or expectations. Biggest disappointment was no parking available at 3pm even after requesting to reserve a park. Local car parking was expensive and a fair walk. Personally would not book again as needed parking.

The girl who served me was lovely and bubbly but there was one lady who seemed very frustrated to be working. Check in and check out was easy. Only negative thing was my mini fridge made a loud noise constantly that affected my sleep. I let the reception know and they just said would tell maintenance and that was it.
