We had a king bed and the bases were two singles pushed together with two separate mattress on top. It was horribly uncomfortable and very very disappointing. Also the aircon was very poor and didn’t cool the room down at all. Seemed like it really struggled. Didn’t enjoy my stay this time around

Look out stay was acceptable and dining good. The staff were exemplary. The hotel is showing signs of aging and needs a little tender love and care to pick it up. It is badly in need of a spring clean in bar, dining and foyer areas to spruce it up and make it a more welcoming area. Probably comparable with other complexes of the same vintage. Bedroom good size and beds comfortable.

Room AC was not very strong, not the most comfortable bed, and rooftop pool didn’t even have pool chairs. The pool is set up to be a bar/restaurant area yet no food or drink options are even offered at the pool, more is food or drink allowed by the pool so doesn’t make any sense. The pool was the selling point for choosing this hotel but proved to be a bust.
