As you enter from leafy Childers Street, a central hallway leads you into the warm and welcoming living spaces, thoughtfully designed with modern flair and homely touches throughout. At the heart of the home is the inviting open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with a gas cooktop, dishwasher, coffee machine, and all the essentials for easy dining at home. Just beyond, the living and dining space flows effortlessly—gather at the table by the built-in bookcases, relax on cosy lounges, or pour a drink from your very own private bar.

Step outside to two serene outdoor zones. One offers a leafy garden patio with bistro-style seating under a tree canopy—ideal for slow mornings. The other is a private walled courtyard with plush seating for evening drinks or relaxed conversations under the stars.

The spacious primary bedroom features a plush king-sized bed (can be split into singles on request), a soft rug underfoot, and garden views through expansive windows. LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
