Check in and House rules:
- Guests will be required to complete a guest registration form prior to key instructions being sent out.
- A copy of valid photo ID and card will be required. A Pre-authorisation damage deposit will be made.
- Please note all payments are subject to a 1.5% card surcharge
- Guests will be liable for any damages that may occur and will be charged accordingly

- To ensure a smooth and efficient check-in process, all guests are required to complete the registration form by the end of office hours on the day of arrival. Check-in should be completed by 8:00 PM unless prior arrangements have been made and confirmed with our team.

that failure to submit the required information or arrive within the designated check-in window may result in delays, and in some cases, you may be unable to access the property. For after-hours check-in requests, please contact us in advance to make suitable arrangements. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to welcoming you.

Any booking extensions must be requested by 4 PM the day before checkout. Otherwise, a cleaning cancellation fee will apply.

Please Note: Glenelg can have additional noise on certain nights (generally Friday and Saturday) due to the bars and restaurants all being within close proximity.
