Our Sip & Pour Candle Making Parties are perfect for people who love to get a bit creative with a group of friends and enjoy a relaxed and fun time together, all while making something beautiful to take home.
Here at The Ranch & Co we offer Highland Cow Meet Greet experiences. Guests are invited to meet our friendly Highland boys, Angus and Hamish - they love being brushed, hand-fed and fussed over. They're gentle, fluffy and full of personality.
While you're here, feel free to check out the shop on our property. You'll find my hand-poured candles, diffusers, handmade lupin heat bags and all things Highland cow.

Thank you for choosing to stay at The Ranch & Co B&B. By booking
your stay, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking & Payment
• Full payment is required at least 3 days before your stay.
• Bookings are only confirmed once payment is received.
2. Check-in / Check-out
• Check-in: From 2pm
• Check-out: By 10am
(11am Check-out is subject to availability)
3. Cancellations & Refunds
• Free cancellation up to 3 days before arrival.
• Cancellations made within 2 days of check-in will incur a partial charge.
• No-shows will be charged the full amount.
4. House Rules
• No smoking inside the property.
• No pets allowed.
• No parties or excessive noise, especially after 10pm.
• Only registered guests may stay overnight.
5. Damage & Breakages
• Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused during their stay.
• Any damage, missing items, or extra cleaning required will be charged separately.
6. Cleaning
• A standard cleaning fee is included in your booking.
• Please leave the property tidy – dishes washed and rubbish in the bins.
7. Liability
• The owners take no responsibility for personal injury, loss or damage to guest property.
• Guests must supervise children at all times, especially on the balcony, stairs, roads,
near our cows & other animals on our property.
8. Privacy
• Security cameras are installed in exterior/public areas of our property for safety reasons.
• No cameras are installed inside the property.
• Guest information will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties.
9. Right to Evict
• We reserve the right to evict any guest for behaviour that is illegal, offensive,
or violates these terms without refund.
10. Local Laws
• All guests must comply with local South Australian laws and council regulations
during their stay.

A little more info...
While staying at our B&B, you’re welcome to wander up to the fence and say hello to our Highland cows.
If you’d like a proper 'Meet and Greet' experience with them, you can book one in during your stay.
For safety reasons - including stairs, balcony and delicate items throughout the space - our B&B is best suited for adults and older children. There is no extra charge for infants (under 1 year), however please note we do not supply anything for them.
When you arrive, you’ll find the key in a secure key deposit box mounted on the wall next to the parking area. We’ll send you the access code 24 hours before your stay.
