Ducted heating and cooling throughout keep the space comfortable year-round, while natural light filters through, enhancing the relaxed ambience.

The open-plan kitchen is sleek and practical, featuring quality appliances, ample bench space, and a central island with bar seating—ideal for morning coffee or casual meals. A Nespresso machine adds a touch of ease to your daily routine. Just beyond, the dining area offers a six-seater table, perfect for shared meals or planning the day ahead. Glass doors connect the dining space to a private patio, where outdoor seating creates a quiet spot to enjoy fresh air, whether it’s a slow breakfast or an evening wind-down.

Upstairs, the bedroom offers a king bed, a walk-in robe and an ensuite, creating a quiet place to unwind. Two additional bedrooms each include queen beds and mirrored robes. A main bathroom with both bath and shower adds flexibility, while a separate laundry and downstairs powder room bring everyday convenience.

Secure garage parking ensures ease the moment you arrive.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.

The accommodation was perfect for what our family needed. The weather was very hot and although the air conditioning was turned on. It definitely wasn’t working. There was no cooling coming from the unit. Thankfully after advising the Stayz team hours after arriving. They provided 2 portable pedestal fans which helped against the heat in the property and which we were able to move to bedrooms overnight to help keep upstairs cooler and bearable.
