I booked two rooms online and, during check-in, requested the receptionist to arrange the rooms next to each other. I was informed that all rooms were fully booked, so we were checked into rooms far from each other. However, after check-in, another receptionist advised that the hotel was not fully booked. Additionally, the customer service provided by the receptionist at the time was unsatisfactory.

The room was clean but I found it to be tiny. Lovely roof top pool although the glass around it could use some cleaning. Luna bar is top tier. Overall a great place to stay.
