Had a magnificent stay there over a few days. The Crown Plaza was in great walking distance to the Adelaide Museum, botanical Gardens and art festival with absolute amazing dining option down Rundle Street

Room was clean. And breakfast was nice. BUT Only booked here because of HEATED POOL. It says on website and reviews it’s heated it is NOT. Stayed here with 2 kids only because early October is cold and thought Id done my research but was wrong. Very disappointed. Told us we could go use facilities 1km away at another hotel. Yeah right! Will not stay again for this very reason

Highly recommend Crowne Plaza Adelaide. Hotel is clean and staff has excellent service. Room is spacious. Linens look new and very clean. Hotel is located 5 minutes walk from Rundle Mall so you can find eateries and shoppings. Budget car rental is just across from the hotel

Perfect location. Best Italian restaurant 20 metres away. Parking was pricey but made it super convenient and was smooth and easy to get in and out and around. Definitely be coming back to Adelaide and would definitely stay at Crowne again. I did want to try the cafe but it wasn't open, that's the only down side, but so many great cafe's around and the Market as well!
