Step inside and you’re greeted by a welcoming entryway with the home’s original stonework hinting at its heritage charm. To one side, a cosy lounge with a gas fireplace and a deep three-seater sofa offers the perfect nook for curling up with a book. Moving further in, the home opens into a bright dining and living space beneath soaring cathedral ceilings and skylights. The main living area invites you to unwind with a plush, brand-new sofa facing a 75-inch Smart TV—ideal for movie nights. French doors lead directly to the garden, where leafy greenery frames every view.

The crisp white kitchen is fully equipped with an Ilve six-burner cooker, Miele dishwasher, and integrated French-door fridge. It’s a space made for slow mornings over coffee as much as lively evening feasts.

All four bedrooms are styled with soft linens, plush pillows, and a mix of modern and natural textures. The primary suite features a super-king bed, a walk-in robe, and an ensuite with a walk-in shower, a sleek vanity, and calming neutral tones. The second bedroom offers a king bed and a serene garden outlook, while the third holds a queen bed in fresh coastal hues. The fourth bedroom’s double bed provides a cosy, restful hideaway. The main bathroom is a little luxury in itself—a deep freestanding tub invites long soaks, complemented by a walk-in rain shower. A third bathroom ensures there’s plenty of space for everyone to refresh in style.

Outside, the David Baptise–designed garden wraps around a sparkling solar-heated pool (open September to April) and a vine-covered patio with BBQ and outdoor seating. It’s a private oasis for summer afternoons and lingering evenings under the stars.

For work or study, a dedicated office with ergonomic setup and dual monitors is ready when you need it. Practical touches—fast Wi-Fi, laundry with washer and dryer, and one driveway parking—make this an easy, comfortable base for your Adelaide stay. Free street parking may be available for additional vehicles.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
