OUR PROPERTY
A brand new, private 2-bedroom retreat in Evanston, in beautiful historic Gawler - the oldest country town in South Australia & gateway to Barossa Valley. Shops: 3min drive, Adelaide CBD & beaches: only 40min drive (Northern Express Way).

Gawler Garden Retreat is peaceful, spacious and well equipped, for your complete comfort and relaxation. Light-filled lounge with serene garden views. Available for you are full kitchen with large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, outdoor gas BBQ; 55 inch 4KSmart tv with Netflix and Fetch; washing machine; dedicated workspace with fast internet; ample storage. Two comfortable bedrooms including BIR in bedroom one.
Modern bathroom /laundry.

Coffee, teas, milk and cereals and a welcome pack of breakfast supplies included on arrival.

You are welcome to walk around the backyard, including using the fire pit and BBQ. Spend time in the recently completed Zen Garden and enjoy the tranquility. Taste some seasonal fruit. Explore parks along the river.

Driving on the lawn or parking on the tiled veranda is not allowed.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Please let us know in advance what bed configuration you will need. We have one bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with a trundle bed, which can be converted to one or two single beds. Please note that the second bed may not be comfortable for a taller person.

OTHER DETAILS
The gate to the property will stay open during your stay. You can self-check-in any time after the designated check-in time on the arrival date, using the smart panel front door lock.
The last 4 digits of your phone number is your code for opening the door.

Please note that during hot spells the garden may not be in its best shape.

Beds: - 1 QB in Bedroom 1 - 1 trundle bed in Bedroom 2 set up as 2 SB. Note that one of the single beds may not be comfortable for a taller person.
Please make sure NOTHING else apart from toilet paper is flushed down the toilet. No hair/body colouring products are to be used in the shower.
For 2 guests we provide a queen-size bed. For 3 guests - a queen-size bed and a single bed. Additional single bed - one fee of $30 for extra linen.
