Lovely house with excellent facilities and really close to Grange Beach. The only negative I would comment on is the description of the bedrooms and bathrooms. The way the listing is worded is that two bedrooms have ensuites whereas only one does. There is then a separate bathroom with toilet at the rear of the house, as well as a toilet in the laundry. Also the WIFI password is incorrect in the compendium but correct at the modem. Other than that, it was a truly lovely house which I would highly recommend. Great comms with the owner.

Excellent for a larger group. Online description isn’t quite accurate. There is no bedroom with both a queen size and 2 singles, which was what we expected. We were still able to make it work for us quite easily though.

What a gem of a place! We were delighted with everything. Charlie is an exceptional host, and made sure we had everything we needed and more. Other guests have shared in their reviews their appreciation for all of the thoughtful items that are there for the guests to use. We agree. The back yard is big, the house is immaculate and the distance to the beach and the Grange Hotel/bar for a drink is short. You can see that great care has been put into the layout of the house. BBQ facilities, a very big fridge and stove, great aircon. We spent two nights here and would have loved to have stayed 10 days! I highly recommend this holiday stay. PS my friends who joined me were very impressed too.

Gorgeous Grange Oasis

This home is not only gorgeous but in the perfect location. It was spotless & so very comfortable for our stay. Easy walk to beach and quick train trip into the city. Thank you Charlie and Kellie, we'll definitely be back.

Wonderful house and location

Perfectly located beach house with easy access to public transport to the city CBD. The house was comfortable for the whole family. The fur babies had a large enclosed backyard. The host was easy to communicate with and very accomodating for a short notice change in numbers.

Reminiscing holiday

Having a time in the area we grew up again as kids was special and in a home that resembled what Grange was and still is with modern touches was very special- To be able to take out Whippet with us was priceless. The hosts were very accommodating and have to say the supplies in house exceeded anything we have seen before, great local shops to eat and the Grange hotel is a 60 second walk if that , Huge thanks from The McKenzie family . would stay again for sure.

A very happy birthday gathering

Our family group all found their sleeping arrangements very comfortable and the house is well set up to accommodate all for meals and indoors activities especially the jigsaw puzzle! The kitchen is well equipped, and the outdoor cubby house made an excellent bedroom for our greyhound Ellie Many thanks to our hosts!

Family annual Christmas getaway

Fantastic cannot fault, very tidy, clean had everything we needed for a relaxing and perfect holiday for our whole family including our dogs. Perfect location, close to shops, and a short drive to the city and hills. Walking distance to a beautiful beach and a nice cafe for ice cream or meals. Great communication. Will definitely be back. Beautiful beachside getaway

We stayed at Charlie's place over Christmas and hosted dinner on Christmas Eve for 18 of our family members. The house is just beautiful and was perfect for our stay. Well equipped kitchen, lovely gardens, gorgeous bedrooms and a stone's throw from Grange Beach. Highly recommended.

Absolutely beautiful. Just a minute walk to coffee shops and food. The jetty is 5 minutes walk and a must see at sunset. It is fully self contained with all the extras like washing powder,fabric softener and toiletries. There were lots of items already in the pantry which was great considering we had children. It’s a beautiful quiet area to stay. I would definitely book this property again.

Stayed for a trip with my friends, was a large and lovely home in a convenient location. Home was very relaxing to arrive to, and the communication with the hosts was amazing. Would definitely recommend staying here for a weekend away with friends and family.
