Modern amenities and excellent location

Some people might say the hotel is dated. That is so not true. Yes, it is not brand new hotel but the room we had was renovated with modern amenities. Each room has chromecast we could connect so we didn’t miss F1 where Piastri won the race and leads the championship. The service is excellent from the moment we checked in. The location is very convenient with Chinatown and Adelaide Central Market on walking distance. Lots of cafe and restaurants around, too. Will definitely stay here again.

The shower booth drainage is an absolute disaster—water doesn’t drain at all, causing it to overflow every time I showered. The showerhead drips incessantly all night long, making it impossible to sleep. On top of that, the toilet leaks constantly, soaking the floor throughout my entire two-night stay. Completely unacceptable!

The only positive really was the free buffet breakfast we got when booking online and the lovely cleaner who was polite and hugged my daughter in the AM. The parking at the front of the facilities is a disaster, the rooms/bathrooms are old and outdated, the lady I dealt with at Front desk wasn’t the best and then the self parking was miles away! The price was high too. Not in a hurry to book here again unfortunately.
