We return to this hotel a lot due to its convenient location and high level of service This time I was a little disappointed as we have car park and breakfast included in the price … I got charged $25 and had to ring the hotel to reimburse I’ve never had any problems before !

Friendly, professional staff. Clean, large room. Very quiet eventhough it is located on a busy streat. Great location close to shops, restraunts, train station and 15 minutes from the airport. Great breakfast buffet at a very reasonable price.

Stayed in room 802. Chair in room was filthy dirty and curtains have holes letting the light in. We had booked a 12 o’clock check out and confirmed via email and again when checking in, unfortunately housekeeping entered the room when the please do not disturb sign was displayed and we were phoned to leave the room. We showed the front desk staff the emails and form we signed the day earlier confirming the checkout time, her response was “it’s not on the system”. Not good enough.

This is the third time I've stayed here, booking VIP through Expedia with free parking included, and every time they've tried to charge me for parking. Fortunately, I take screenshots of what's included in my booking so I can show them so it gets sorted quickly, but not good to have to do that every time. Despite that, this is still my go to when in Adelaide.

Whilst the hotel looks extremely fancy, clean and very professional polite staff I don’t think I would ever return. The car park entrance will haunt me for life, car park it self is extremely hard for the larger cars these days. The beds are like sleeping on CONCRETE The buffet breakfast isn’t worth it as the limited hot items aren’t even hot, coffee cups are the size of one mouthful and the juices are room temp.
