The living area centres around a comfortable sofa and TV, offering an easy spot to unwind after a day exploring the city. Split system heating and air conditioning in the living area, along with a ceiling fan, ensure year-round comfort. Direct access to the balcony invites in fresh air, creating a relaxed outdoor nook for morning coffee or a casual wind-down at sunset.
The kitchen is compact yet highly practical, fitted with an oven, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and all essential kitchenware. A Nespresso machine and kettle are ready for your morning rituals. Adjacent, the four-seater dining table is ideal for shared meals or planning the day.
Both bedrooms are designed for rest and simplicity, each with a ceiling fan and a mirrored built-in wardrobe for convenient storage. The primary bedroom features a queen bed dressed in soft linens, creating a calm and comfortable retreat. The second bedroom includes a double bed, offering a quiet and inviting space to unwind. The bathroom is well-appointed, featuring a walk-in shower, vanity, and toilet, along with a washing machine for longer stays. An iron and an ironing board are also provided.
Off-street parking is available for one vehicle (suitable for small to medium-sized cars), adding convenience to your stay in this central location. Please note that the air conditioning unit is currently being replaced. A portable heater has been provided for temporary use.
A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
