The living area invites you to settle in and slow down, with a comfortable lounge, two armchairs, and an ornate (non-functional) fireplace adding a touch of character. A Smart TV makes it easy to unwind with your favourite shows after a day exploring Adelaide, while the sofa can be prepared as a bed on request. The kitchen is bright and practical, thoughtfully equipped with a gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and Nespresso machine for easy meals at home. Nearby, the dining table offers a welcoming place for shared meals and conversation.

Step outside to the paved patio where a six-seat outdoor dining setting is perfect for long lunches or relaxed evening meals in the fresh air, while the spacious backyard offers room to stretch out and enjoy the sunshine.

Both bedrooms are generously sized and styled as calm retreats, each with a king bed, soft linens, bedside lighting, clothing racks, and reverse-cycle air conditioning for year-round comfort. The refreshed bathroom includes a walk-in shower, toilet, and vanity, offering a clean and practical space to start or end your day.

A separate laundry with washer-dryer, sink, and drying rack makes longer stays easy, while off-street parking under the carport adds everyday convenience for guests travelling by car.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
