Ideal location. Room was comfortable and fairly spacious. Could not see much point of the roof garden, no bar, no facilities. Gym was closed entire stay. Restaurant was only open Thursday to Saturday, no other refreshment facilities on site.

The hotel staff were very welcoming and informative. Room very clean and spacious with kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Great location close to shopping and restaurants and car preparing. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Room and hotel were ok, but the Management is poor. I stayed for 4 nights, booked and paid for 4 days parking. When i left the Car Park, I had to pay $68 to exit. When i went back to the hotel to show them and have the $68 refunded there was a myriad of excuses but wouldn't refund the additional amount I had to pay The Manager couldn't be less interested in resolving it. After wasting nearly half an hour got a partial refund. the amount wasn't substantial, but the lack of assistance was. They need to do better

The television cable was broken, when we reported this, we were told that there was no maintenance on a weekend and this could be fixed. The next morning we went to turn on the shower to find that there was only one stream of water coming out of the shower head, making it almost impossible to use. On check out we told the reception about the problems. Informed them that we were long standing clients of the hotel. To be told nothing could be done and the water and biscuit on our room service bill would be wavered. This was not our usual experience and we were disappointed with the lack of action. We often choose this hotel above cheaper options as we love the location and rooms - this will make us think twice.

It was mostly good, but there were a couple of things that were not ideal. The room is very nice; however, my shower has quite a bit of black mold, suggesting the cleaning is not thorough. The fitness center is miniscule with only three cardio machines, one of which is out of order. And it would be really nice if they had filtered water available somewhere in the hotel.

Very nice room with minor opportunities for improvement. Really loved the doors to the bathroom & between the tub & the bedroom. Also appreciated that the night stands were adequately large and the closets were well lighted. For improvements: need better lighting in tbe bathroom & a wall mounted makeup mirror. I also prefer to be able to plug my phone in and reach it from the bed.
