The living area invites you to unwind with a generous sofa, armchairs, and a smart TV for laid-back evenings. Flowing seamlessly from here, the kitchen is fully equipped for effortless cooking, with modern appliances, ample bench space, and a Nespresso machine for slow, easy mornings. The adjoining dining area provides a welcoming setting for shared meals, from casual breakfasts to long dinners with local wine. Sliding doors extend the space outdoors to a covered patio, where an eight-seater table and BBQ set the scene for alfresco dining, framed by a neat lawn and garden outlook.

The primary bedroom offers a restful retreat with a king bed, soft linens, and a walk-in wardrobe, along with convenient two-way access to the main bathroom. The second and third bedrooms each feature queen beds, providing comfortable spaces to unwind. The central bathroom includes both a bath and shower, complemented by a separate toilet, with an additional toilet located in the laundry for added convenience.

A washing machine, WiFi, and off-street parking add everyday ease, making this home a comfortable and well-rounded base for your stay.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
