Welcome to Mint! This spacious apartment is the epitome of central CBD living. Located on Bewes St in Adelaide, Mint is located just a stone`s throw from some of Adelaide’s best cafes, restaurants and shops.
Upon arrival at Mint you’ll immediately feel as though you’re at home in our welcoming, cosy abode. Enter into our home using the lift access and make use of our self check in for ease of access 24 hours. Please note, there are stairs to the entrance of the building.
Our open plan kitchen, living and dining is perfect for relaxing in front of the TV or cosying up on the sofa with a freshly brewed Nespresso coffee and a ‘can’t put it down’ book.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay including a dishwasher, oven, cooktop, fridge, Nespresso machine and cookware! Take a seat at our 6 seater dining table or relax on your private balcony.
Our queen size master bedroom has luxury high loft quilts and pillows, and super soft vintage wash linen. Our second bedroom is equipped with a double bed, luxury high loft quilts and pillows and vintage wash linen.
There is a cosy bathroom with a shower, separate bath, separate toilet, under basin storage and towel rails. We have a washing machine and dryer available for your convenience. Enjoy provisions of hair and body care amenities on us.
There is one car space available on site. This is a secure, gated garage and has a maximum clearance of 2.1m.
