Absolutely fabulous location! Ocean view is incredible and it's close walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. Room was very comfortably equipped, including comfortable bed and pillows. Could have used a second chair in living room (just one small 2-seater), but admittedly there isn't a lot of space to add one. Shower could use some updating, at a minimum a grab bar as it's really difficult to climb into and there's nothing to grab to steady yourself, and it's a tight squeeze for tall people. Staff were absolutely terrific. Food in hotel restaurant was fine but service was marginal.

VERY EXPENSIVE for the quality of the room. The bathroom was very mouldy. The lounge was grotty and covered in dirty marks/stains, no plugs for sinks or bath, inadequate provisions for washing dishes, washing machine drawer broken, light globes not working in lamps, cold air entered through gaps in door seals. Would NEVER stay here again. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

The room was pretty standard, certainly nothing special. The room was outdated, with cheap and old furniture. When booking it read that we would have a king or queen bed, turns out it was a double bed where the base was two single beds pushed together, I complained at reception and they told me that this is a “hotel queen bed”. Can’t say I’ve ever heard that term before. The TV’s are small and old, no apps or anything just a DVD player. I asked if the hotel had any DVD’s at reception and they never got back to me. Id definitely never stay at this hotel again and would suggest to others to look elsewhere.

Was a good size apartment, liked the location and the view. Being serviced every day was nice. The apartment had been newly renovated except for the bathtub. Found the bath difficult to get out of, just a rail to hold on to would be a great help. Also the sliding door to the bedroom wouldn't close, so using kitchen if someone was sleeping didn't work.
