Step into a calm, pet-friendly retreat where open-plan living flows effortlessly into the outdoors. The living area features soft leather seating, perfect for relaxing with a film or unwinding after a day at the beach. Just beyond, a covered patio with bench seating sets the scene for alfresco dining, overlooking a fully fenced backyard that offers a safe space for kids and pets, along with direct access to Apex Park and its peaceful walking trails.

Create your favourite meals in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, full-size fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and Nespresso machine. The central island provides ample prep space, while the nearby dining table seats six for casual meals or lively gatherings.

As night falls, retreat to one of three comfortable bedrooms, each filled with natural light and fitted with generous storage. The primary suite includes a queen bed, treetop views, a walk-in robe, and an ensuite with a large vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a cosy double bed, while the third features two single beds—ideal for kids or friends. The family bathroom includes a full-size bathtub and a separate walk-in shower, perfect for winding down after sunny beach days. A private laundry with a washer and dryer adds extra convenience for longer stays.
