Upstairs, the primary suite awaits with an inviting king bed, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. Adjacent is a dedicated office space with a bright loft-style window, making the property ideal for remote work or quiet study. Enjoy a spa-like experience in the main bathroom featuring a corner jetted bathtub and dual showers.

Please do not leave young children unattended due to the stairs and nib wall at the top of the stairs. Additionally, please consider that the upstairs room has unique angled lofty walls, which create non-standard ceiling heights.

With easy access to the city centre, including Rundle Mall, as well as the Botanic Gardens, there’s plenty to see and do. The nearby Adelaide Railway Station also connects you to the broader Adelaide area for endless adventures, including its pristine coastline. Both Semaphore Beach and Glenelg Beach are easily accessible via train or tram respectively, and both are only 30 minutes away by car.
