The hotel is located very well and the staff are friendly and helpful. My wife and I stayed 2 nights celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary and we received a complimentary piece of cake which was a nice touch. In terms of negatives, we thought the hotel charging $2.50 per pod for coffee in room was a bit of a cheap look. Early check in or out offers for an extra $101 each was a bit steep too. We stayed at a hotel in Dubai a couple of weeks ago where we were checked in 4 hours early given our early flight and arrival for no extra cost, now that is service and something Australian hotels could learn from. Otherwise, a very nice stay.

Excellent location, easy walk to shops and restaurants. Clean, quiet and spacious room with comfortable bedding. Staff was professional and welcoming, including cleaners. Parking is not connected to the hotel but it is a short walk and secure. Swimming pool is not suitable for younger kids unless they are confident swimmers as minimum depth is 120cm. Hotel buffet breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and kept fresh at all times. Overall a very pleasant stay and willl be going back for sure.

Our stay was ok, nothing special. Minor issues we encountered each day became annoying. TV remote worked intermittently, beside lamp flickered, bed rolled around the room with minimal on / off movement, pool area is fantastic with sauna and steam room - unfortunately a lot of inconsiderate guest using the facilities at one time leaving towels on the floor and allowing children to run around / splash in the pool (multiple signs prohibiting this) - no staff present, the room service food was really terrible and the driest chicken caesar salad known to man kind. The location is great and the staff are pleasant.
