Step inside and feel instantly at ease in this modern Gilberton hideaway — a place where sunlight filters through wide windows, natural textures meet clean modern lines, and every detail feels considered.
The living area is calm and inviting, with a leather sofa and a large TV and entertainment unit making it easy to unwind after a day exploring Adelaide’s parklands and cafés. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need — a gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, full-size fridge, and coffee machine — while the four-seater dining table offers a comfortable spot for conversation or remote work.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
