Glide through keyless entry into a calming open-plan living and dining space, where rattan textures, warm timber, and breezy coastal tones set the pace for a laid-back stay. Sink into the plush sofa, kick back with a film, or enjoy a glass of wine under the soft glow of layered lighting. A double sofa bed can be set up upon request, sleeping two additional guests.
The dining area flows seamlessly from the lounge, offering a stylish timber table setting beneath natural light—ideal for intimate meals or remote work. The adjoining kitchen combines minimalist white finishes with warm wood details and is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, and a discreet in-kitchen washing machine. A split system keeps the space cool in summer and cosy in winter.
Outside, wander the garden path framed by bamboo and white gravel to find a hidden alfresco nook—a round timber table set for four, ideal for long lunches or evening drinks under soft outdoor lighting.
The bedroom is a calming retreat, bathed in natural light and styled with earthy neutrals and soft textures. It features a queen bed, side tables with hanging lamps, a freestanding clothes rack and luggage stand, all beneath the gentle breeze of a ceiling fan. Refresh in the modern bathroom with a glass walk-in shower, deep soaking bath, and organic accents in the basin and vanity.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
