A street away from bustling bars and clubs, plenty of Adelaide’s finest restaurants and a short stroll a few minutes down the road to the Sky City Casino- expect to be delighted by the city at dark. If a night in is more your cup of tea, (or Nespresso coffee should you like!) the apartment provides the ultimate in getaway relaxation with spectacular views, city lights from the balcony or the comfort of apartment living whilst you delve into a favourite show on TV.

** Regarding the pool- Building management can close if maintenance is required or if restrictions are reinstated due to Covid-19.**

Please note, this is an apartment building so use of the elevator is required for apartment access. In the event the elevators may be out of order- use of the stairs may be required.

This is a private apartment all to yourself and you won`t be sharing this with any strangers during your stay.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
