Brilliant Hotel

We arrived on an early flight the reception staff stored our luggage in a safe area until our room was available, when we arrived at check in time our bags were in the room ready. No hassle checking in at all. Cannot fault the reception staff, so friendly, professional and very helpful. I requested plenty of tea and milk in my room as I loves my cups of tea - happily supplied. We had the Balcony suite, so spacious, clean and loved the balcony which looked out onto the side street. Bed was huge and comfy we slept very well. The roof top pool was lovely - warm salt water - total privacy, towels for swimming provided in wardrobe. Only ate breakfast in the attached restaurant once - nice serving good food. Close enough to walk into centre of city and the park lands on east terrace. Quiet location which suited us. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Adelaide and would definitely go back again.
