pretty poor customer service - no house keeping, no mini bar yet a swipe for incidentals - nowhere to hang bath mat, zero bathroom amenities and no parking - if you want a room clean it's $20.
stay elsewhere - i won't be retuning.
Nice hotel with great amenities EXCEPT the lighting is terrible. Sconce lighting on the bed was so dim and distant that reading in bed was impossible unless you left the bright overhead lights on. Sconce lighting for the bathroom mirror was one dim bulb on the right side leaving the right side of your face in light too dim to see, and the left side in full shadow. Unusable for shaving or makeup. Lighting designed by an idiot. Free laundry is a nice touch. Lighting CONTROLS were good, just the chosen fixtures made it useless.
We were in Adelaide for a family wedding we'd stayed a week at a time at three other properties this one was terrible we checked in on the weekend asked for someone to come check a problem with our room he kept promising two minutes for half the day when we went down stairs we were told they don't have maintenance on weekends no one was ever coming? I'm disabled and partially deaf and they have a volume governor on their tv when I asked if it could be adjusted I was told " if we do it for your kind normal people complain about the noise" I do not recommend this place oh and the room phone was ten feet from the bed hidden in the corner
This is an overpriced hotel. We had booked for 7 nights but we’re only provided with 1 face washer (there were 2 of us), no hand towels, empty shampoo dispenser etc. Room was none to clean on arrival and no cleaning service was available unless an additional $20 was paid. Hence no restocking of tea bags, toilet paper, bin emptying, wiping over surfaces etc. Room was very hot, air conditioner was blowing on our faces all night and seemed to be turned off altogether during the day. We will never stay there again!
Great location, clean, friendly hotel. Safe & clean area around the hotel. Walking distance to shopping, many food choices & attractions. Only thing is it is across from a hospital, but it was still quite quiet. Just the odd siren from an ambulance
We have stayed here a couple of times and loved how clean the hotel is. Thus time we had a drink and meal in the Mexican restaurant Mamacita's on level one. The tacos were so nice. Would recommend.
Big comfortable bed, big T.V and big bathroom. This is one of the more comfortable hotels we have stayed in. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had to be at the Calvary Hospital at 6am in the morning which is why we chose this hotel and we weren't disappointed. Will definitely stay at TRYP again if we have to be in Adelaide for any reason.
Amazing front desk staff. Very patient and had all the answers. I can't rate them high enough. Nice spacious room with top amenities. Nicely located for public transport and dining options. Would recommend without hesitation.
