The room was old inside, shower curtain had a large hole, no sink in kitchen, no plates or cutlery, no tea towel. Some lights didn’t work and the room was generally dingy.

Staff were friendly and the location close to the CBD is great
The room provided was small, with an awkward and small bathroom (smaller than a studio's bathroom). There was little road noise, but the noise of inconsiderate guests chatting away after midnight was disruptive. Also, a queen bed isn't the same length as two double beds attached. If there's nothing else, then maybe consider staying here. Otherwise give it a miss.
It was close to our appointment with specialist but was very noisy in room with traffic and could hear all the noise from rooms from either side not enough sound proofing between rooms. The cleaning was not up to scratch floors dirty. The bathroom was VERY small having to use toilet was difficult. Will not be staying at this place again.

The room was in the middle of being painted and there was fresh patches unsanded on the walls which they had attempted to cover the smell of with half a can of glen 20. Out of 6 lights in the room only one worked, the bed was free rolling around the room when we touched it. The door had so much of a gap around it that the cold air was rushing in and when I tried to speak to the person on duty they were very dismissive and said I could call on Monday at 9 to speak to the manager And that they Sērenes aware of the problems but they didn’t offer any further help
The service and support provided by the management and staff exceeded our expectations. The level of support to assist us in finding missing items was greatly appreciated.
I didnt like the way you gave the wtong price. Expedia also put down the wrong date even though it initially came up with the date we wanted. It was after we booked the accomodation we recieved an itinery with the wrong dates, so we cancelled.
Noisy area/older place and relatively clean/air con kept turning off and approached management but it was my fault seemingly. No washing machines to use, cleaner had to do it for you. $15 a load. No cutlery or plates.
