The chalet is located in a chalet park in Afritz am See, amidst the stunning landscapes in the South of Carinthia, where mountains, vast forests, and crystal-clear lakes come together. It is the ideal place for those seeking tranquility, enjoying nature, and having an active holiday. From the chalet, you can walk straight to Afritzer See, an idyllic lake with well-maintained beaches, sunbathing areas, docks, and a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains.

The nearby town of Villach is perfect for a day trip, with cozy terraces, charming shops, and a beautiful thermal spa.
