The chalet is located on a beautiful small-scale holiday park, right on the beautiful Afritzer See in sunny southern Carinthia. You will stay in the middle of an impressive landscape of mountains, clear blue lakes and vast nature. Whether you want to relax with a good book or explore the surroundings - this place offers possibilities for every season.

When winter arrives, the region turns into a popular winter sports destination. About 15 kilometers away is Bad Kleinkirchheim, with over 100 kilometers of varied slopes and modern lifts. The area is suitable for families as well as fanatical skiers. The Gerlitzen Alpe is also nearby (about 13 kilometers) and offers 50 to 55 kilometers of runs, combined with spectacular panoramas - perfect for beginners and advanced skiers.

Located idyllically in the heart of Carinthia, Afritzer See is known for its clear water and relaxed ambience. The well-maintained beach pools with sunbathing areas, jetties and mountain views invite you to swim, sunbathe and enjoy yourself. In the immediate vicinity, you will also find other well-known lakes, such as the Ossiacher See, Millstätter See, Brennsee and Faaker See. Afritz am See and the surrounding villages offer all necessary amenities: shops, supermarkets and cosy restaurants serving local specialities.
