The chalet is located on a beautiful chalet park in the small village of Afritz am See, in the beautiful countryside in southern Carinthia, right on lake Afritzer See and surrounded by mountains and forests. It is the ideal place for those who love nature, tranquillity and an active holiday. From the chalet you are right in the middle of the outdoors, where every season has its own charm.

In winter, you benefit from close proximity to excellent ski resorts. About 15 kilometers away is Bad Kleinkirchheim, a versatile ski area with 103 km of slopes, modern lifts and plenty of variety for both families and sporty skiers. The Gerlitzen Alpe is also easily accessible (approx. 13 km); this sunny ski area boasts around 50-55 km of ski runs and offers beautiful views of the Alps.

Besides nature and winter sports, the region also offers plenty of variety. The city of Villach is nearby and invites you to spend a day shopping, enjoying a terrace or relaxing in the thermal spa. In the area, you will also find several other beautiful lakes such as the Ossiacher See, the Brennsee, the Faaker See and the Millstätter See, perfect for swimming, boating or just relaxing by the water during the summer months.
