Very clean place. Thermal water was great. Food is good could be better. My problem was with pillows, very bad quality (polyester) they offer different types and when I called to send me orthopedic type, I got similar to the one I have in the room

Facilities including the spa and pools were excellent. Overall the cleanliness was not bad, but not brilliant either. Language is an issue unless you're a Turkish speaker. Booked for a spa treatment which wasn't available because of covid, but wasn't informed until after I was provided with a different one - I wouldn't have bothered with it had I known. Some staff very friendly but most were functional. Similarly, some food was great, some was average. Bottles of water were not provided following a room clean. Location relative to Afyon was good.

Yarıyıl tatili olması nedeniyle kalabalık olur ve kalite düşer endişesi ile gitmiştik ama otel deneyim farkını tekrar ortaya koydu. Kalabalığı kaldırabilecek genişlikte ve personel sayısındaydı. Çalışanlar tüm yoğunluğa rağmen güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. En önemlisi hijyen konusunda hiç taviz verilmemişti. Yemek kalitesi de oldukça iyiydi. Termal otel arayanlara gönül rahatlığı ile tavsiye ederim.
