The house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood (security service) in the heart of Agadir. The shops of the daily needs are only a few steps away from the house. The large beach of Agadir is only 5 min. By car.

The house is decorated in the traditional Moroccan and European style.
The plot size is 250 square meters, and the living space is about 180 square meters and is divided into two floors. On the ground floor is a large living room with dining area, living area with fireplace, TV area, guest WC and a large kitchen with microwave, oven and dishwasher.
On the upper floor are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet.

Garage is in the house and the garage door can be opened electrically with remote control.
Towels and bed linen are provided.

Since the house is in a familiar neighborhood, we rent only to families with or without children and to couples.

As a guest of this villa, you'll find an outdoor pool, a terrace, and barbecue grills. This villa also features a garden and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
