It is located in one of the most beautiful residences
from Agadir (closed & secure).
The apartment with a parking space is comfortable, welcoming and warm.
You will be close to all amenities
(restaurants and shops) and only 800m from the beach.
The advantages: 2 bedrooms, an equipped kitchen and a large bamboo wooden balcony which closes electrically.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor with elevator about ten minutes from the Ocean. Entrance is independent thanks to a connected lock with code and/or badge. It is composed of two large bedrooms spacious. A double bed and 2 twin beds with a baby bed if necessary. The bedrooms are equipped with large storage cupboards (hangers, duvets and blankets). There you will find a veranda with a breathtaking view of the swimming pool as well as a second balcony including sofas which can be used as beds.
The American kitchen open to the living room is equipped with an oven, a refrigerator, electric hotplates, a blender mixer, a microwave, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine and a washing machine accompanied by a drying rack.
You will also find a vacuum cleaner, an iron, a hair dryer and centralized air conditioning (reversible).
You will have a large latest generation 65-inch Oled television, as well as a second television, IP TV, Netflix, very high speed 100 Mega internet line (ideal for teleworking).
