Cap d'Agde is the most popular resort on the Languedoc coast, featuring stunning beaches with fine sand and an exceptional climate all year round. This is the perfect location for golfing, sailing, fishing, tennis, horseback riding, and more! Our rental is located just a stroll away from the beach, so you can make the most of your Mediterranean holiday.

There is 1 BEDROOM in this 35m2 maison, which features a Double bed, and an alcove with either Bunk beds or 2 Single beds. Bedding configurations may vary so please check with one of our friendly staff when booking to ensure the layout of the suite will suit any specific needs you may have. Bed linen is not included but can be rented on-site for €16/single bed or €16/double bed. Beds can be made on arrival for €10/bed.

Prepare for the day in our 1 BATHROOM. Towels are not provided but can be rented on-site for €12/kit/week.

After a day of lounging at the beach, retreat to our cozy LIVING AREA. Step out onto the terrace and take a breath of fresh air.

Hungry? Whip up a meal in our KITCHENETTE, which features a fridge, a hotplate, a mini-oven, a coffee maker, and a kettle.

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at Résidence Samaria Village - Hacienda Beach, where our property is conveniently located. We've got you covered with free parking on-site (subject to availability). If you'd like to bring a pet, please let us know when booking and we may be able to accommodate them for €46/week or €10/day (1 pet/apartment max). Category 1 and 2 dogs are prohibited.

Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €300 and a small daily tourist tax calculated as a percentage of the stay. Guests are requested to clean their units prior to departure, or an end of stay cleaning will be provided for €50 to €80. A cleaning kit can be rented for €3.90/kit.

LOCAL FAVOURITES

Take the kids to Aqualand for some fun in the water - it's just a 6-minute drive away! For a bit of culture, visit the Ephèbe Museum, 8 minutes from the residence by car. A 1-minute drive or a 5-minute walk will take you to Restaurant Les Roches Marines, a lovely restaurant on the beach.
