conforme annonce, besoin mise à jour

Idéalement situé, espace extérieure très agréable (ombragé et bien isolé visuellement, ce n'est pas le cas pour le son mais c'est une maison de quartier avec d'autres vacanciers autours et nous étions bien au courant...notamment en plein juillet) La climatisation indispensable est fonctionnelle dans l'ensemble de la maison Le garage permettant de garer sa voiture devant est indispensable au vu de la localisation si proche de la plage et du centre(et pas à l'interieur car occupé par matériaux jardinage et autre BBQ) La société resp du ménage doit mieux faire le ménage (bac a sable en arrivant), le linge de maison très propre à cependant bien vécu, les cuvettes wc, robinetterie et autre prises de courant auraient besoin d'une mise à jour ainsi que la serrure du portail d'entrée Je sais je suis pointilleux, nous avons passé un bon séjour, mais nous n'étions pas invité gracieusement... NB: les ados ont adoré car si proche de tout (plage surveillé, glace, animations...) sans traverser de rue, la liberté quoi :-)

Maison énormément de charme et emplacement parfait

La maison a énormément de charme, et l’emplacement est parfait: à 2 pas de la plage principale et a quelques minutes de la plage plus sauvage de la Tamarrissière qui est magnifique. Tout est sur place ce qui est super pratique: plage, commerces avec un marché très sympa, restaurants. La maison a un super charme et bien équipée: chambres, salles de bain, cuisine, draps de bain et de lit, la climatisation est un réel atout! le jardin est très agréable avec l’ombre des muriers et le barbecue.

maison à 2 pas de la plage

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La maison est mignonne, bien équipée (chaise haute et lit bébé à disposition) et tout près de la plage et des commerces. le jardin est cosy, sans vis à vis. L'hôte répond rapidement aux messages et est à l'écoute. Le seul bémol de cette location est le manque de double vitrage, en sachant que la rue est tout de même passante (nettoyage des rues entre 6h30 et 7h00)

Maison agréable et trés bien placée, à quelques mètres de la plage, du marché et de toutes les commodités. superbe terrasse avec barbecue ou l'on passe de supers moments.

Très bon week-end en famille

Belle maison agréable et spacieuse avec une grande terrasse ombragée bien équipée. Les chambres sont spacieuses, le coin salon au top. Les moins : douche petite et la rue un peu bruyante le matin à cause du nettoyage des rues. Très bonnes explications de la part du propriétaire.

Très belle terrasse !

Belle emplacement à 1mn de la plage pas besoin de prendre la voiture, place de parc pour la voiture,la climatisation , la terrasse sont les plus de cette location. Les" moins" odeurs noseabonde des canalisations ,l'accès a la douche est trop petite ,la maison mériterait un bon rafraîchissement intérieur !
