This fully renovated and air-conditioned villa (2025) offers a large living room with a new, comfortable sofa, TV, dining area with a table and chairs, and an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (two-burner electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric coffee maker, and toaster). There is one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and storage, a sleeping alcove with bunk beds (2 x 90 cm), a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet.

A large, sunny terrace, equipped with an electric awning, table, six chairs, and an electric griddle, is also available.

Sheets, towels, and kitchen towels are not provided in this apartment. You can request them from the agency if needed.
Rental price: €15 per bed for sheets.
