Nice Air conditioned studio situated at Heliopolis, entrance AB. Third floor with lift. Living room with 160cm bed. Kitchen area with micro-wave, dishwasher, hoover. Bathroom and WC. Wifi. TV. Terrace with shutter, village and sea view. Parking n°1. Very nice apartment.

Security deposit : 380 euros. Administration fee : 29 euros. Local tourist tax to be paid , 1.44 euro per day ; per adult. Renting of sheets and towels : 20 euros. Cleaning from 80 euros or can be done yourself upon departure. Arriving : From 5pm to 7pm, you have 24h to notify us of any malfunctions.
