Located in a quiet area, on the beach (1min walk) between rochelongue and le grau d'agde, you can park safely and do everything on foot or by bike: cycle path in front of the gate, many shops 2 min. The ideal place to relax by the water

Comfortable, spacious ground floor apartment only a short walk from sandy beaches

The quiet ground floor apartment has plenty of room to accommodate 4 people in comfort, with plenty of outdoor furniture in the tranquil gardens offering both sun and shade and a shaded eating area. Bruno was an extremely welcoming and helpful host, quick to help out with our queries. Secure parking at the front of the property was a bonus, but the location of the villa is the real selling point as it is just a couple of minutes walk onto a beautiful and fairly quiet sandy beach. A few minutes walk into the busier part of Rochelongue resort with bars, shops, restaurants and cycle hire. There is also a small Spar supermarket, boulangerie and butcher/deli. We had a superb week's stay and would certainly book the apartment again in the future.

Wonderful Property

I had a lovely stay at this property. It was clean and modern. The location was perfect in walking distance to a beautiful beach. Bruno, the host was so friendly and helpful. He met me at the property and even brought us dinner on the first night bc most restaurants were closed when we arrived. I highly recommend this property and would hope to stay there again if I have the chance to return.

Alles bestens-jederzeit gerne wieder

Tolles Objekt. Ruhig gelegen und trotzdem auch zu Fuss schnell bei Strand, Geschäften und Restaurant. Sehr komfortabel und sauber. Alle Annnehmlichkeiten, wie Klima, Nespressomaschine usw. enspricht genau der Beschreibung. Detail: Im Beschrieb war nicht ganz klar, dass dies eine Wohnung in einer Villa ist - was aber absolut kein Problem ist, da Besitzer im Obergeschoss nicht stört, da durch die faszinierende Konstuktion des Hauses die Wohnung des Eigentümers nicht direkt über dem Sitzplatz/Garten der Ferienwohnung liegt und die FEWO separaten Eingang am anderen Ende des Hauses aufweist. Also sehr selten persönlicher Kontakt ausser bei der Parkplatzeinfahrt beim elektrischen Eingangstor. Zu bemerken ist, das der Eigentümer Bruno ein äusserst sympatischer und unkomplizierter Mensch ist und sehr entgegenkommend. Bruno nochmals danke für die tolle Zeit - wir wünschen dir alles Gute und vielleicht bis bald wieder einmal. Beste Grüsse aus der Schweiz Roland + Familie

Excellent séjour et un accueil hyper chaleureux du propriétaire

Maison avec toutes les commodités très au calme. A 3mn à pied d une plage très au calme. Et le grand plus : un propriétaire très accueillant et toujours disponible afin de nous rendre service. En synthèse : Excellent séjour passé en famille. Merci encore Bruno pour TOUT et au plaisir de revenir !

In diesem Ferienhaus ist alles so wie beschrieben. So sollte es sein, sehr netter und hilfbereiter Vermieter, absolutes Wohlfühlhaus, sehr ruhiger Strand direkt um die Ecke, Autoparkplatz hinter einem elektr. Tor. Alles Perfekt.

Même si le soleil n'était pas très présent, nous avons passé une très belle semaine ! Maison magnifique, moderne, propre, aménagée avec beaucoup de goût. Rien ne manque, et trouvé les lits faits après un long trajet est bien appréciable ! Excellent acceuil de la part de Bruno, le propriétaire, très à l'écoute, discret mais très efficace ! Si nous revenons dans cette région, sans aucun doute, cette adresse est excellente pour un deuxième passage !

Einfach nur Klasse!

Ein tolles Haus und eine tolle Wohnung! Fotos stimmen mit der Realität überein. Überkomplett eingerichtet, alles vorhanden. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Sehr empfehlenswert und wir kommen wieder. Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe, weit und einladend zu stundenlangen Spaziergängen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit dem Auto oder Rad gut erreichbar.

Tolles Haus

Uns hat es dort sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist neu und sehr gut ausgestattet und entspricht genau der Beschreibung.Den Strand kann man in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und zu jeder Zeit zu erreichen, wenn man Fragen hat. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall empfehlen und würden gerne wiederkommen
