The beach is 100 meters away, as are restaurants and a coastal path leading to the cliffs and the Grande Conque cove. Shops and an ATM are also very close to the residence. This well-maintained Mediterranean-style residence remains quiet even in summer. The Lano Park is also nearby. Walks along the coastal path to the Grande Conque cliffs are very popular. You can reach the port on foot via pedestrian and shopping streets.
Parking is available at the foot of the building in a secure collective car park. The accommodation is a functional T2 of 26 m² with an 8 m² terrace, right next to Roquille Beach and shops. Guests appreciate the view and location; many vacationers who have stayed here choose to return. There is a storage room under the stairs, collective parking, and the residence is secure. Accessibility is excellent, with many walking paths for peaceful and relaxing holidays.
