A great 4 bedroomed house. Lots of space and very comfortable. The family who own the villa were fabulous and communication quick and easy. The kitchen has everything you need and is very modern. The house is cooled by Dyson type fans in each bedroom. The bathrooms and showers are great.Outside there us lots of space.The pool is excellent as are the outside facilities. The nearby beach fabulous. 15 mins from Beziers airport. We would recommend hiring a car which wasnt expensive and an easy process. We had a very good week.

Perfect seaside house for groups

We spent a fantastic fortnight in this wonderful house. The beach at the end of the road is wide, sandy and perfect for children as it is very gently shelving. It never seemed busy even in August! A short walk takes you to the busier resort at the mouth of the Herault, lots of restaurants and boat trips etc. Our children loved the beautiful pool, and we spent many days enjoying it. We loved how much seating and shade the house has, how each bedroom was a great size with either a good size en suite or a big family bathroom next door, and how well equipped it was. The house is located on a very busy junction with restaurants and bars nearby, which does make it quite noisy a lot of the time. We loved it though - we were in the thick of things! We were there in an extreme heat wave and we would have appreciated air con but there are fans and the house is designed well so you can benefit from through-breezes and can shut the heat out with the shutters. We enjoyed some wonderful trips to Narbonne, Bouzigues, PĂ©zenas, Beziers 
 the house is a wonderful base for the region.

A lovely vibe for this house next to the beach in a laidback and no-frills neighbourhood.

The property was very big and pleasant even through it had view on neighbouring apartments and could have had more privacy with just a little hedge or shrubs on that side. Heated pool was a surprise and very appreciated ! The house is very large, cool and ideal for entertaining. Walking distance to the nicest beach and not very busy. The sea in Agde is pure and clear and very safe to swim in. Overall a very easy and popular resort with some fine spots.

Fantastic! Perfect for young family

We stayed with our young families (5 boys aged 1-7). The place and location is perfect. The villa is beautifully furnished without there being many breakables for the children. The pool and pool area is a delight. Close by you have everything you need - boulangerie, restaurants and a beautiful beach. The owners and the lady who looks after the villa are very friendly and accommodating. We would love to stay there again

We had a fantastic holiday

We had a great holiday in this beautiful villa. It is very comfortable, extremely well equipped, loads of space, a beautiful pool and a great location for the market and the beach. We didn't realise the lady looking after the house lived in an adjoining part of the house, and although this was not a problem - she was lovely - it would have been nice to know in advance. The road is very noisy, especially at night and this was a shame because otherwise the location is perfect. We were surprised that in high summer in the south of France there was no air conditioning - not even a fan - and it was so very hot. We had to go and buy fans in the end so we could sleep. It would be easy to put fans in the bedrooms which would have improved our holiday experience. However we really had a fabulous holiday and would recommend this beautiful villa. Thank you

Tolles Haus

Komplett neu renoviertes Haus! Neue BĂ€der mit Regendusche, perfekt ausgestattete KĂŒche und viel Platz fĂŒr eine Grossfamilie. Alles war in einem sehr sauberen Zustand, Pool wurde tĂ€glich wie von Zauberhand gereinigt. Besonders toll: BĂ€cker direkt nebenan (20m) und sehr nahe zum Strand. Einzig der LĂ€rm in der Nacht durch MotorrĂ€der, lĂ€rmende PartygĂ€nger war wĂ€hrend der Hauptsaison, insbesondere am Wochenende störend.

Sehr großes und gut ausgestattetes Haus. Alle BĂ€der sind neu und modern eingerichtet. Wohnzimmer und KĂŒche sind schön groß.Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder und hatten super viel Platz fĂŒr alle.Zwei schöne SitzplĂ€tze im Außenbereich, einer hinten beim Pool und einer neben der KĂŒche Richtung Straße.Insgesamt sind 5 Sonnenschirme vorhanden um ordentlich Schatten zu bekommen.Der Pool hatte die perfekte GrĂ¶ĂŸe außerdem war das Meer nur 150 m entfernt. Leider gibt es auch ein paar negative Punkte: - Eine weitere Person, lebt mit auf dem GrundstĂŒck und ist nur am Pool mit dem Holzzaun getrennt. Aber Eingang auf das GrundstĂŒck sowie Parkplatz ist das gleiche GrundstĂŒck. Die weitere Person hatte leider mehrfach Besuch, wohl ein familienfest, und wir konnten leider unsere PrivatsphĂ€re nicht komplett genießen da permanent Personen ĂŒbers GrundstĂŒck gelaufen sind.- 3 Fenster direkt am Pool hinter der Palme sind von der weiteren Person, welche auf dem GrundstĂŒck wohnt - LĂ€rm durch umliegende Bars bis Nachts 4 Uhr- Jede Nacht Straßenkehrmaschiene- MĂŒllentleerung direkt vor dem Haus, aber nur all 2- 3 Tagen Kommunikation zum Besitzer sehr gut und super schnelle Antwort

Le gros moins de cette maison est qu'il n'y a pas de climatisation, l'annonce prete à confusion. La maison est tres mal isolée et la chaleur rentre tres vite. Nous aons eu 30 au RDC et 32 dans les chambre!A part ca tout était tres bien

Schönes Haus zum wohlfĂŒhlen

Es war eine super schöne Woche. Der Check in war einfach super schnell und sehr nett. Die nette Ansprechpartnerin war immer und bei allen Fragen direkt zur Stelle. Es war ein sehr gelungener Urlaub. Das Haus ist riesig und die Ausstattung mega. Wir wĂŒrden jederzeit wieder hin fahren.

Das Haus ist absolut großartig...GerĂ€umiges Haus.. Bar ist cool, KĂŒche erstklassig. Der Pool ein Traum.Aber das Haus wird als "klimatisiert" angepriesen, was nicht stimmt! Keine Klimaanlage vorhanden.Das Haus hat 30c und fast unmöglich zu schlafen.Dazu ist es ab 5Uhr morgens sehr laut..Kehrmaschinen, laute Autos, etc..Die alte Dame ist nett, aber teils ĂŒberfordert und wohnt direkt daneben.. das Schlafzimmerfenster der Dame ist immer offen zum Hofe des Hauses.Piept was oder schmeißt man was in dem MĂŒll, steht sofort jemand neben einem und "kontrolliert".Regnet es stĂ€rkt, lĂ€uft an allen Ecken Wasser ins Haus ;)(

Exzellente Lage - Perfekt fĂŒr Familien

Nous avons passĂ© une semaine magnifique. La maison est immense, propre, agrĂ©able, trĂšs bien dĂ©corĂ©e, Ă  quelques mĂštres de la mer. La piscine, terrasse et jardin sont parfaitement entretenus. Il fait bon y vivre, soit pour les enfants, pour les ados que pour les parents! Boulangerie Ă  3 pas pour chercher le pain le matin. Petit magasin Ă  10 minutes Ă  pieds pour les achats. A 15 minutes de Cap d’Agde en voiture. SĂ©jour parfait’! Merci beaucoup!

Big comfortable house with nice pool

Very well equipped kitchen, big woodfire grill, everything seems very newly renovated. Very clean. Short walk to lovely beach. Not air conditioned but fans in the bedrooms. Loud traffic at times but didn't bother us much. Would book again!

Schönes Haus - Schöner Urlaub

Wir, eine Familie mit 2 Kindern (12 und 10) mit einem befreundeten Paar habe 2 Wochen in diesem schönen Haus Urlaub gemacht. Wie immer gibt es ein paar Punkte die nicht so schön waren. Dazu gehört die LautstĂ€rke, warum es auch einen Stern Abzug gab. Teilweise kam die Straßenkehrmaschine weit vor 6.00 Uhr morgens. Bis 7.00 Uhr war sie aber immer da, ebenso wie die MĂŒllabfuhr. Schade ist auch dass der Grill auf der anderen Seite vom Haus ist. Daher ist ein gemĂŒtlicher Grillabend zwei geteilt. MĂŒcken gibt es leider auch, daher wĂ€ren Fliegengitter, vor allem in den Schlafzimmern, schön gewesen. Kommen wir zu den Punkten die richtig super waren. Der BĂ€cker ist gleich um die Ecke. Zum Strand nur 3 mal Umfallen. Zur Promenade 4 mal Umfallen. Der Pool war warm und sauber, echt klasse. Auch ist er beleuchtet. Sitzmöglichkeiten und Tische sind draußen ausreichend und auch super in Schuss. Den runden Tafeltisch innen muss ich separat erwĂ€hnen. Ein super super Tisch, einfach spitze. Den Kamin innen hĂ€tten wir gerne ausprobiert, aber wir kamen nicht dazu. Wir waren mit 2 Autos da, und es gab ausreichend Platz am GrundstĂŒck zum parken. 3 Autos wĂŒrden auch hin passen. Auch der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war super, die steht’s mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. FĂŒr uns ein großer Vorteil, sie spricht deutsch. Alles in allem können wir das Haus empfehlen! Es ist groß, hat eine schöne Zimmeraufteilung und eine gut ausgestattete KĂŒche. Wir wĂŒrden es wieder buchen!

GrosszĂŒgige Haus an perfekter Lage

Das Haus ist ideal gelegen, nur ein kurzer Spaziergang zum Strand, zu den Restaurants rund herum oder zum BĂ€cker am Morgen gleich nebenan. Das Haus ist grossartig aufgeteilt und voll ausgestattet mit allem was man brauchen könnte, sauber und mit einem schönen Aussenbereich mit super sauberem Pool und Garten Lounge perfekt fĂŒr einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Wir wurden herzlich und unkompliziert empfangen und genauso wieder verabschiedet. Wir waren als 5-köpfige Familie unterwegs und hatten riesen Spass an dem Haus. Tipp: Falls es einen Pool-Roboter geben wĂŒrde, wĂ€ren wir gerne bereit gewesen, den tĂ€glich kurz einzusetzen. Bei starkem Wind kann es sein, dass der Pool nach einer Woche einiges an Sand am Beckenboden sammelt. Kurzum: Wir kommen definitiv wieder!!

Das schönste Haus, das wir je hatten

Das Haus ist fĂŒr uns ideal gewesen, hat die Versprechungen in der Anzeige weit ĂŒbertroffen. Einrichtung super. Betreuung vor Ort super freundlich und doch unsichtbar. Das GrĂ¶ĂŸte war natĂŒrlich der Pool! Sehr sauber, wunderschön!

Excellente prestation !

Nous avons passĂ© un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour en famille dans cette magnifique villa ! Les chambres sont spacieuses et Ă©quipĂ©es chacunes de ventilateurs. Les trois salles de bains sont modernes et agrĂ©ables Ă  utiliser. La cuisine est bien conçue et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. La piĂšce Ă  vivre, immense, est dotĂ©e d'une magnifique table ronde en bois. Les amĂ©nagements extĂ©rieurs sont top et bien Ă©quipĂ©s Ă©galement. Mon fils a adorĂ© la grande piscine ! Barbecue en pierre trĂšs pratique, de la place pour stationner deux voitures... La maison est Ă©galement trĂšs bien situĂ©e Ă  2 min de marche de la plage et proche de plusieurs commerces dont une boulangerie et pizzeria. Seul bĂ©mol, l'environnement peut par consĂ©quent ĂȘtre un peu bruyant par moments mais on s'y fait vite. A refaire !

Ein traumhaftes Haus in perfekter Lage

Das Haus ist wirklich richtig schön groß und perfekt aufgeteilt. Wir waren dort fĂŒr zwei Wochen mit zwei Familien, also 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern (alle 2-5 Jahre). Das GrundstĂŒck ist komplett eingezĂ€unt. Der Pool ist wirklich wie auf den Bildern gezeigt recht groß und direkt von der Terrasse aus zu erreichen. Das Ambiente ist top, es gibt sowohl im Innen- als auch Aussenbereich ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten, sowohl große Esstische als auch eine Lounge und mehrere Sonnenliege. Zudem ist die Terrasse mit mehreren großen Schirmen ausgestattet. Der Pool ist sauber und wird zudem wöchentlich gereinigt. Riesen Plus: der Pool kann alarmgesichert werden, sollte doch mal ein Kind unbeaufsichtigt hineinfallen. Die Lage des Hauses ist ebenfalls richtig gut: mehrere Restaurants, BĂ€cker, Kiosk und natĂŒrlich der Strand sowie die Strandpromenade sind in unmittelbarer NĂ€he. Einziges Manko an dieser Stelle: da es sich um ein belebtes Viertel und die direkte Zufahrt zum Strand handelt, ist es hier mitunter spĂ€tabends noch mal etwas lauter, wenn man mit offenen Fenstern schlĂ€ft. Die Gastgeberin ist ebenfalls großartig, wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und hatten immer einen Ansprechpartner direkt nebenan. Einfach super! Kurzum: wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder!:-)

Logement parfait

Maison trÚs spacieuse trÚs bien équipée. Tout à proximité (restaurants, commerces, plage, marché ...) accueil sympatique. Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour.
