A traditional fishing village, Grau d'Agde is located between Béziers and Cap d'Agde, on the Mediterranean coast, on the left bank of the Hérault River. Don't miss its fine sandy beaches, the Belvédère de la Criée, water activities, and its night market during the summer season. Just 7 minutes from Cap d'Agde with its casino, nightclubs, and amusement and water parks for both kids and adults.
In a quiet neighborhood, a charming renovated terraced house is available for rent. It is air-conditioned and includes 2 rooms + double cabins with terraces at the front and back.
Entrance leads to a living area with a sofa and flat-screen TV, an open-plan equipped kitchen, and a shower room with toilet. A lovely terrace with a sunshade and garden furniture.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 cabin with 3 stacked single beds (90 cm) and a small terrace, and a second cabin with 1 single bed (90 cm). The terrace leading to the house offers parking, and there is also parking in front of the house, by the road.
Located 500 meters from the beach and 600 meters from the shops in St. Vincent, it is ideally placed for a successful vacation with family or friends!
