Ideal for a romantic getaway or a stay with friends, it has all the comforts you need for a getaway on the Mediterranean coast: a living room furnished with a double sofa bed, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a shower room and a small outdoor area to enjoy breakfast al fresco! The beach is at your feet, accessible from the entrance via a small private path.

Accommodation:
This ground-floor studio, with a 30m² surface area that can accommodate up to two people.
You will have at your disposal:
- A main room furnished with a double sofa-bed, coffee table, TV and air-conditioning.
- A functional kitchenette equipped with microwave, Senseo coffee maker, fridge, electric hob, crockery, etc.
- Bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
For babies: High chair and cot are available on request.
Facilities : Iron and ironing board (on request).

Outside:
- A small table for your outdoor coffees on a pretty wooden terrace (shared exterior).

In the residence :
- Access to the shared indoor swimming pool, heated all year round, and its sea-view terrace.
- Access to the beach via a small private path equipped with an outdoor shower.
- A parking space is at your disposal with a recharging space for electric vehicles.

Boasting an exceptional location, this apartment is situated in Le Grau d'Agde in a private residence with direct access to the beach.
Just 5/10 min by car from the port of Cap d'Agde, with its restaurants, bars, ice-cream parlors, stores, Ferris wheel, etc., as well as the Ile des Loisirs, Luna Park and discotheques.
This location is ideal for a successful vacation.

Private parking space in residence with automatic gate and free public parking nearby.

If you need to accommodate several families or groups of friends in the same location, we have additional accommodation available in this residence. We propose the following accommodation: Ares, Dionysos, Zephyr, Artemis and Villa Hestia. Each unit can be booked independently.
