Emplacement idéal sur le Cap d'Agde pour les familles, calme et proche du port et de la plage. La communication avec l'hôte s'est très bien passée ainsi qu'avec le voisin qui nous a remis les clés. Logement propre et fonctionnel nous étions 7 adultes et 3 enfants de 2 à 3 ans et nous nous sommes pas sentit à l'étroit. Je recommande ce logement.

Impossible de dormir dans cette location en été

La villa est dans un quartier calme et bien situé. Cela dit le sol et le canapé était plein de sable, il n’y avait pas de drap pour les lits et pas de ventilateur. 34 degrés dans les chambres, le tout avec un enfant de 3 ans! Il faut donc prévoir un budget pour les draps et un voir deux ventilateurs.

Grande maison mais non climatisée

En cas de canicule, la non climatisation est un réel problème. Par ailleurs, il y avait des grains de sable dans toute la maison même si elle paraissait propre. Forte odeur d'urine dans les wc du rez-de-chaussée même si ils étaient propres. Néanmoins, maison bien équipée et confortable.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage und eine gut Ausstattung, das einzige was gefehlt hat war die Klimaanlage;-). Der Vermieter war sehr nett und die Hausübergabe hat problemlos mit dem Nachbarn geklappt er war auch sehr nett und Hilfsbereit. Das Haus liegt nicht weit von Strand entfernt und zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Minuten am Hafen wo man schön essen und bummeln kann. Wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub.
