Idéal pour 6 personnes, nous vous proposons cette belle villa climatisée de 3 pièces. Elle se compose ,d'un agréable séjour cuisine ouverte et équipée donnant sur la terrasse, d'une salle d'eau et WC séparés. Au niveau supérieur se trouvent deux chambres.

SITUATION GEOGRAPHIQUE :
La résidence SUN VILLAGE est située face à la mer, entre la plage du Môle et celle de la Roquille. Accès direct à la plage de la Roquille par un portillon sans route à traverser.
À proximité des commerces saisonniers; boulangerie, supérette, cave à vins...
Centre International de tennis du Cap d'Agde accessible rapidement.





IMPORTANT :
La location ne comprend pas le ménage de fin de séjour, elle sera à régler sur place le jour de l'arrivée.
Un dépôt de garantie de 520 euros sera demandé le jour de l'arrivée sous la forme de deux chèques qui ne seront pas encaissés ; un de 400 euros en cas de détérioration dans l'appartement et un autre de 120 euros en cas de ménage à effectuer suite à votre départ.
Les deux chèques seront détruits dans la semaine suivant le départ si le logement est restitué dans le même état qu'à l'arrivée. Le dépôt de garantie peut également être versé en espèces.

Leider entsprach das Haus nicht der Beschreibung

Das Haus war klein und herzig, leider waren die Zimmer viel zu klein für uns und wir mussten unseren Urlaub bereits nach 3 Tagen abbrechen. Ich selber habe mir im 1.60 hohen kleinem Zimmer den Kopf sicher 10 Mal angeschlagen. Meine Kollegen hatten Platzangst im anderen Zimmer. Es war auch sehr sehr heiss in der oberen Etage. So das wir praktisch nicht schlafen konnten. Die Klimaanlage an der Türe ist an der falschen Position montiert und wirkt so nicht im oberen Stock.
