Located in the sought-after Rochelongue district of Cap d’Agde, Villa Carrare is an elegant architect-designed villa offering high-end amenities and chic contemporary décor. Designed to provide a unique holiday experience, the villa features an original layout with the bedrooms on the ground floor and the living spaces upstairs, making it ideal for holidays with family or friends.

As soon as you arrive, you will discover four bedrooms on the ground floor, all opening onto a pleasant landscaped garden through large floor-to-ceiling windows. This intimate and carefully designed outdoor space features a 4-person jacuzzi and sun loungers, perfect for relaxing under the Mediterranean sun. All bedrooms are equipped with reversible air conditioning and storage space to ensure maximum comfort.

The first bedroom is a spacious master suite with a large walk-in dressing room and a private shower room. A second, more intimate master suite also benefits from its own private shower room. The third and fourth bedrooms share a large bathroom equipped with both a bathtub and a shower.

The ground floor also includes a garage equipped with an electric vehicle charging station (free of charge), as well as a laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, and drying rack. For added convenience, the house is fitted with a dumbwaiter, making it easy to transport groceries upstairs without effort.

Upstairs, the villa reveals a spectacular 85 m² living area flooded with natural light. You will find a spacious lounge with a comfortable sofa, a Smart TV, and a Bluetooth speaker, perfect for sharing relaxing and convivial moments. The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with several coffee machines, an ice maker, a large fridge and freezer, a wine cellar, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Its large central island and dining table seating up to eight guests create the perfect space for gathering together. Both the indoor and outdoor lighting are fully adjustable, allowing you to create the perfect atmosphere at any time of day. A separate toilet completes this floor.

The true highlight of the villa is its exceptional outdoor area: a stunning terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, a heated infinity pool available from April to October, and a summer kitchen equipped with a gas plancha grill, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals in an extraordinary setting.

Villa Carrare enjoys a prime location just a few metres from the sea, allowing easy access to the beaches and seaside walks.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, four secure parking spaces with an electric gate are available, and bicycles are also provided so you can explore the surroundings freely.

Travel light and enjoy a stress-free holiday: end-of-stay cleaning is included in the reservation, and both bed linen and towels are provided.
