On the ground floor, there is a bright living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and one double bedroom. The kitchen features two coffee machines—one for filter coffee and one for espresso (Illy capsules required). Panoramic glass doors open onto a spacious balcony and the swimming pool, offering direct sea views.

On the first floor, you will find two large bedrooms (one double and one twin) along with a family bathroom featuring a jacuzzi bath, shower, and toilet. The villa is fully air-conditioned.
