On the ground floor there is a spacious living area with direct access to the pool and garden through floor to ceiling windows that offer stunning views of the sea. On this level there is also a fully fitted kitchen equipped with all the facilities one may need and a stylishly decorated bathroom with a shower.

The upper floor has three bedrooms, each with a balcony, a TV, air conditioning and wardrobe.
